Executive Administrator / Office Coordinator

US SALARY: $60,000 - $65,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

A privately held development and management firm of premier real estate is looking to add an outstanding Executive Admin / Office Coordinator to their team of nine. This is a great opportunity to join an office that feels like a community where everyone wears multiple hats and has been with the company for several years. With nearly four decades of experience in NYC’s luxury rental market, this growing organization prides themselves on their humble reputation based on innovation, creativity and environmental consciousness.
 
The Role
In this role you will primarily be supporting the President/CEO and the Vice President. You will be running point for the day-to-day coordination of their schedules plus the company’s busy office. This is a full-time role that consists of a Monday through Friday schedule with working hours of 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM. You will be working solely out of their midtown office located in Hell’s Kitchen, however there is possibility to work from home one to two days per month.

Duties Include:

  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling of appointments
  • Handling expense reports and bill pay
  • Coordination and management of the office
  • Organizing documents and maintaining records
  • Overseeing general administrative tasks and various projects as needed

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. It is important that you manage your time well with ability to prioritize and handle tasks without guidance. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
