Overview

We are looking for an ERP Applications Administrator to join our client, a market leader in the Travel industry. You will be part of the The Business Solutions team which oversees the management of business applications and software solutions.

This is a permanent role based onsite in Basel.

Main responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of ERP applications, in particular: support processes, data flows, manage settings, monitor performance, manage user access in a compliant manner
• Be the go-to person for business for ERP applications support questions
• You will suggest process/application improvements
• Oversee installations, patching and updates, do related change management
• Participate in testing and design of testing procedures
• Manage dedicated support resources
• Manage knowledge, create articles, video tutorials, SOPs

Your skills

• 3+ years of experience in supporting business processes and applications
• Proven working experience in supporting ERP Solutions
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technological stacks
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Ability to understand business requirements and manage priorities
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
