My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join its expanding operation in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional stakeholder management skills.

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives

• Serving as a consultant to management on HR-related issues

• Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead the recruitment process.

• Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Handling performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
