EA with Office Management – Venture Capital

London (West End) SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to assist the London office in an administrative and organisational capacity. A global venture capital firm is looking for an EA to support 2 of their Partners, as well as provide Office Management support. The salary is offering up to £50,000 p.a., depending on experience, and their offices are based in Mayfair. This is a temp to perm opportunity, so they are looking for someone to start asap. 

• Highly organised and detail orientated
• Happy to work in an international, fast paced organisation
• Complete integrity in handling sensitive and confidential matters
• Can-do proactive attitude, friendly personality, and ability to fit in
• Prior experience in financial services would be ideal

• Administrative support to 2 Partners
• Management of calendars and scheduling meetings
• Travel arrangements, subject to changes
• Reconciling and submitting expense claims
• Assisting the other EA where necessary
• Answer telephone and take concise messages
• Preparation and updating of documents / presentations (printing, binding etc.)
• Updating of contacts
• Office Management:
− Checking office stock levels (stationery, groceries etc.)
− Drawing up orders
− Dealing with Fire Safety & Alarm System requirements, office cleaning company, confidential waste and confidential storage system
• Help with planning and logistics for conferences where/when necessary
• Ad hoc assistance / errands when required
