My client, an impactful investment company with a focus on offering entrepreneurial opportunities locally and in West Africa, are looking for an EA to partner with the Founder of the business! The offices are based in Docklands, but also some days can be in a shared working space in Mayfair depending on business needs.

The position is a unique and exciting blend of Project Management, EA Support and Operations. The role involves leading the progression of the company alongside the Founder and creating processes and guidance in a relatively new company (Established in 2020 and have a team of 12 globally).

They are looking for a dynamic, focused, and collaborative person to knit together the support function of the business with the front end. In addition, they are looking for a strong attention to detail and outstanding stakeholder management to advocate for the business in all conversations.

What you’ll do:

• Provide proactive EA Support to the Founder
• Quarterly national or international travel
• Arrange and attend client entertainment and networking events
• Creating eye catching business proposals and presentations
• Project management and following up on action points on behalf

Who you are:
To be considered for this role you will be experienced at partnering at C-Suite level, have worked in a young start up in the past and be looking to bring your confidence, organisation and commercial knowledge to assist with growing the company in the vision of the Founder.
