EA to Founders (Family Office) Mayfair

London (West End) SALARY: £70,000 - £90,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

This is an exciting new role to join the founders as they set up their new Family Office in London. You will be reporting directly to the founders and their families and in the first instance oversee the renovation of new offices as well as helping to put the office together as a start up operation. Ultimately you will have the opportunity to expand the team and oversee other members of admin staff.

A varied and exciting role for someone with at least 10 years experience as a Senior EA in a boutique corporate environment and you should be used to a role with lots of multi tasking where no two days are the same.  The role will vary between personal and business support and whilst start up experience is a plus it is not essential and your role will involve providing high level EA 'gatekeeping' as well as dealing with operational support and supporting the founders as they build the office. The family have a wide range of business interests across the globe and this includes across logistics, real estate and investment management.

Ideally you will have a solid CV and used to working at board level and with a solid track record in every role (longevity on your CV is essential). You must also be prepared to travel on occasion globally and often at short notice. You may also be expected to attend meetings on behalf of the founders. As a sounding board and true right hand across both personal and business support you will need to have excellent emotional intelligence, flexibility, strong financial acumen and resilience as well as a passion for delivering exemplary senior level support.  A calm, professional with bags of initiative and strong technical skills is key to the success of this role.
