London (West End) SALARY: £65,000 - £80,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
An exciting role has arisen to support the US founder of this boutique private equity firm who is relocating to London to set up a UK office. You will need to be an experienced EA with minimum 5 years’ experience and experience in working at board or C suite level as well as experience of working in a 1:1 capacity ideally within the family office/private equity/venture capital space Day to day you will support the founder but also help source, build and staff the UK office as well as providing complex RHP support across the founders diverse business and personal interests including client management and extensive travel logistics.
This is a role that you can really make your mark on as no area will be off limits! As the initial hire in the London office you will be a pivotal person in the team so chemistry is going to be key. You will need to be a self-starter, enjoy a role where you are happy to work on your own initiative initially as the team grows (probably to max 10) and enjoy a boutique working environment and all that this entails (lots of jobs big and small). Part of your remit will be to set up all the systems and processes in the office and so you will need to be someone who has excellent organisational skills and someone able to use their range of contacts to build the office. This is such a once in a lifetime role for someone who wants to be part of an existing and established business but pivotal in building a London office for the firm.
