EA to CEO

London (City of) SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client is a fast moving, high achieving sustainability consultancy based in stunning offices located in the City of London. They are looking to hire an experienced, ambitious and driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder of the company.  

Main duties & responsibilities

  • To act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring everything is running smoothly
  • Complex diary management, booking internal and external meetings across different time zones
  • Managing inboxes, filtering emails and responding on CEO’s behalf
  • Manage CEO’s adhoc projects
  • Conduct weekly meetings to update team members on projects

Key skills & experience

  • Previous experience working as EA in a start-up environment
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent 
  • Proactive, highly organised and detail orientated
  • Ability to prioritise and work calmly under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with a professional approach
