Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide EA support to two Partners & three Investment Associates on a 10-12 month Maternity Cover Contract. Based in their beautiful offices in Mayfair, the team are looking for a fantastic candidate to join them as part of their fast-paced, friendly team. The hours are 8.30am-5pm, initially five days per week fully based in the office, with scope for two days hybrid working per week after the first month.

The Role:

-          Extensive Diary Management across multiple time zones
-          Scheduling & coordinating internal meetings, investment meetings & client social events
-          Booking Travel, including Visa’s & accommodation
-          Collating & processing expenses
-          Handling internal & external requests from the main inbox

The Candidate:

-          Positive, can-do attitude

-          Excellent written & communication skills
-          Exemplary attention to detail
-          3-5 years’ experience within the Private Equity/Financial sector
