London (West End) SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

This boutique Hedge Fund in Mayfair (5 people) with their HQ in New York are looking for an EA/OM with between 3-5 years experience . You will have sole responsibility for supporting the Partners when they are in the UK and also oversee the office management and administration for the office  it is a small office).

This is a fantastic role for someone who loves being that essential 'go to person'. Your role will involve coordinating diary/travel and you will have sole responsibility for organising all company events including the AGM, company social events, Christmas party, internal strategy meetings and any 'hot desking' visitors from the New York office.  As EA/OM you will need to have proven experience using MS Office and be highly efficient across booking travel/meetings along multiple timezones.

Although there is an HR function in the New York office you will be responsible for the HR function for the office so you will very much coordinate for the team and manage expenses and deal with service providers.
This is a great team and as you are part of a small team you will be the first point of contact for any guests and deal with any facilities (cleaners/lease queries/IT/phonenlines) and also be in charge of stocking the fridge with groceries and ensuring stationery and any purchases required for the office are ordered.

Ideally you will be someone who loves being a pivotal person in a small team and enjoy managing your own workload and can work in a fast paced environment. It is a dynamic and professional environment  where you will be given the chance to grow this role as you want it to and there will be lots going on and no two days will be the same.

The ideal candidate will need to have bags of initiative and you will need to be good at managing your own time whilst learning new skills. The ideal candidate will also have good MS Office skills and be familiar with Zoom and other digital platforms and be a sociable team player who likes working with like minded team players. 

The role is office based between Monday to Thursday only and the firm would consider someone who would like to work only four days per week (salary pro rata of max £50,000). Hours circa 10-6pm (to coincide with the New York office opening). Your salary will be between £40,000-£45,000 for four days (possibly a little flex for the ideal candidate) and your benefits will include a discretionary bonus, pension and pro rata of 5 weeks holiday.
