EA/Office Manager – Warsaw

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join one of my financial services client who have recently opened an office in Warsaw. They are seeking an EA/Office Manager to support the Managing Director and a small team with all their day to day requirements, whilst setting up and managing the office. You must be based in Warsaw or willing to relocate.
What you'll do;
- Extensive diary management
- Travel coordination as required
- Managing staff holiday requests
- Facilities and supplier management
- Acting as gatekeeper
- Support with various research projects
- Process expenses on company CRM
- Organise events
This is a new role so a fantatic opportunity to really make the role your own, working autonomously within a dynamic and driven team. Fluency in Polish and English would be essential.
