A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an EA who is looking to take the next step in their career! The role of a Business Development Executive is to support and grow the business by a variety of strategies. Previous experience as a Business Development Exec is not essential as the transferable skills acquired as an EA will allow for a smooth transition into the role, with lots of scope to grow and progress. The successful candidate will enjoy taking on added responsibilities, client liaison, project management and enjoy working within a busy and varied role. This role offers excellent hybrid working – 2 day a week office based / 9am-5pm.
 

What you’ll do;

• Provide full assistant support to the Business Development team
• Support in the creation of market strategies
• Monitor day-to-day project management of sales pipeline and activity to grow business
• Liaise with the Risk Management team with BD developments
• Assisting the marketing team on events, conferences, and campaigns
• Maintain and update their CRM system
• Assisting with pitches and presentations
• Any ad hoc administration tasks in order to meet business needs

 
What you’ll need;

• 5+ years EA/Admin experience preferably within the Investment, Pensions or Professional Services

• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised
• A positive 'can do' attitude
