London (City of) SALARY: £43,000 - £45,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

We are working on a fantastic EA role supporting the CFO and CCO in the Oil and Gas industry. Our client is a boutique firm with 30+ emplotees  looking for a candidate who is able to provide top notch administration and IR Admin assistance in a fast-paced commercial environment. The right candidate will need to have a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. The office environment, although busy is also an extremely welcoming and people centric.

The Role:

  • Diary and meeting organisation
  • Travel planning which includes booking flights, hotels, conferences etc
  • Preparation of reports and working on ad-hoc projects (ie. Research, compiling data and information sheets)
  • Administration of branding and marketing materials for the London office
  • Front of house support dealing with telephone and email inquiries
  • Client, Partner, Consultant and Sub-contractor liaison
  • Social event diary organisation for the CFO and CCO

     

IR Administration duties which include but not limited to:

  • Timetable management of IR projects and Financial results by organising internal and external meetings whilst ensuring the deadlines are met.
  • IR project logistics for webcasts and virtual events
  • Compiling information from internal and external parties for IR projects
  • Managing the website and social media channels
  • Support management for IR CRM systems
  • Distribution of IR updates and materials internally
  • Support head of IR with analyst Excel document and data input

 

 The Candidate:

  • Previous experience as an EA or and Admin assistant in a corporate, professional (preferably listed) company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exemplary organisational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, team player with a can-do attitude
  • Experience of coordinating travel, meetings, events and diary management
  • Proficient MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and knowledge of IT systems
