London (West End) SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a superstar Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support in a busy boutique private equity firm in central London.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Extensive diary and meeting management
Meeting room management and setting up refreshments
Liaise with Clients and other stakeholders
Travel booking to include flights, hotels, transfers, itineraries and visas
Manage expenses
Office management duties inc supplier management, meeting room management, ordering catering and supplies
Event support

WHO YOU ARE
A personable individual who is energetic, flexible, and an excellent team player.

Requirements:
EA or OM with at least 2+ years’ experience
Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
Unflappable nature and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills and discretion at all levels
Excellent MS Office skills

This role is paying up to £50k (DOE) with a discretionary bonus and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
