EA 1:1, Private Equity

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar EA who is well-presented and switched-on to support 1:1 in a boutique private equity firm based in the West End.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Extensive and ever changing diary management
Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
Support across company and team events
Extensive travel booking with detailed itineraries
Proactive gatekeeping
Expenses
Typical EA duties including ad hoc editing of PowerPoint presentations

WHO YOU ARE
An experienced EA candidate, looking for a dynamic and fast paced work setting where you will provide support to a busy individual.

Requirements:
8+ years’ experience in an EA/PA role supporting at a senior level
Well-presented, proactive and personable
Financial or Professional Services experience essential
Strong MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and manage upwards
Top notch communication skills

This role is paying up to £65k (DOE) with a discretionary bonus and 25 days annual leave.
