Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Performance and Marketing to lead our marketing efforts with a strong focus on digital performance, brand development, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital performance marketing, with a proven track record in real estate marketing or working with real estate clients. The role demands a balance between brand-focused initiatives (40%) and lead generation activities, including paid social and SEO (60%).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, with a focus on both brand building and lead generation.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Brand Development:
- Oversee brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Manage and enhance the company’s brand presence in the market, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
- Digital Performance Marketing:
- Lead the digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, and other digital channels to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring a high ROI on all digital marketing initiatives.
- Lead Generation:
- Design and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads, leveraging the latest digital marketing techniques.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals, ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead to conversion.
- Market Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the real estate market.
- Utilize insights to inform and refine marketing strategies, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in a competitive market.
- Client Relations & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all matters related to marketing and brand strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 15-20 years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on digital performance marketing and brand management.
- Real Estate Experience: Proven experience in real estate marketing or managing real estate clients is essential.
- Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and lead generation strategies.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.
