Our client is seeking a Digital Strategist in charge of developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall sports marketing goals.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns.
  2. Content Strategy:
    • Devise content strategies that resonate with sports audiences across various digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video producers to align content with brand messaging.
  3. Social Media Management:
    • Oversee social media campaigns and community management for sports-related accounts.
    • Develop engaging content calendars and schedules for optimal audience reach and engagement.
  4. Influencer and Partnership Marketing:
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers and sports personalities to amplify brand messaging.
    • Explore partnership opportunities with relevant entities in the sports industry.
  5. SEO and SEM:
    • Optimize digital content for search engines to improve organic visibility (SEO).
    • Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns for targeted reach.
  6. Email Marketing:
    • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage existing audiences.
    • Utilize segmentation and personalization for effective email campaigns.
  7. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement.
  8. Emerging Technologies:
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the digital marketing space.
    • Explore and recommend innovative technologies for sports marketing campaigns.


  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on sports marketing.
    • Proven track record of successful digital strategy development and execution.
  3. Sports Industry Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of the sports industry, including major events, teams, and fan behavior.
    • Knowledge of sports marketing trends and best practices.
  4. Digital Tools Proficiency:
    • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  5. Analytical Skills:
    • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking to derive insights and optimize strategies.
    • Ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  6. Creative Thinking:
    • Creative mindset with the ability to devise innovative digital marketing campaigns.
    • Comfortable thinking outside the box to differentiate the brand in a competitive sports landscape.
  7. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to convey complex digital strategies in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Project Management:
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
