Job Summary

Based in our New York office, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager in our London West End office. The Digital Marketing Executive supports the marketing function across a number of core areas including website management, digital communications, and analytics and reporting. You will assist with Tiger’s digital channels, including advertising/PPC campaigns, email automations and website development, with a strong focus on SEO. It is your responsibility to maintain quality and consistency across all communications and reports, driving engagement and new business leads. There is also an events management element to the role, which will see the successful applicant take ownership of the planning and execution of Tiger’s digital and in-person events for both candidates and clients.


Responsibilities include:


Management of digital channels

  • Content uploads to Tiger’s website
  • SEO management, including:
    • Keyword rankings
    • Population of metadata
    • Competitor research
    • Blog writing
    • Core web vitals
    • Website maintenance and user experience
    • Liaising with Tiger’s SEO agency
    • Reporting using GA4
    • Tracking website leads
    • Ensure all content meets the requirements set by Tiger’s brand, style and tone of voice guidelines
    • Setup and review of email automations
    • Social media copywriting

  • Develop and deploy paid advertising, remarketing and PPC campaigns
  • Tracking and improving client and candidate journey across digital channels


Analytics and reporting

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to set and monitor quarterly and yearly targets for the performance of digital channels
  • Collect and analyse data across Tiger’s website and paid advertising to inform future strategy and development


Events management

  • Planning and execution of both digital and in-person events, such as webinars, roundtables, informative talks with guest speakers and networking events
  • Promotion of upcoming events using Eventbrite, email marketing and social media
  • Updates to the Tiger website events page
  • Booking venues and securing guest speakers
  • Overseeing and boosting event sign-ups to ensure targets are hit


Administrative and project support

  • Carry out research activity for the Marketing Manager as and when required
  • Liaise with external suppliers when required
  • Inbox management
  • Raising purchase orders and processing marketing transactions
  • Internal communications with Tiger’s recruitment consultants across global offices


Skills and experience



  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • At least 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Experience using:
    • A CMS, ideally WordPress
    • Google Analytics
    • An email marketing tool, ideally MailChimp or similar


  • University degree with digital or marketing focus preferred
  • Experience with paid advertising and remarketing campaigns
  • Experience with email automation
