I have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join a fast growing Fintech Start Up based in London. We are looking for a new customer success officer who can join to help build strong relationships between the company and their clients. Everything and anything is possible. You'll be part of a team where you will be able to bring your touch of creativity! You’ll be able to earn a lot about the development of a new company and brand.
What you’ll do:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Retain and expand your knowledge of the company so you can confidently explain them to your clients.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
What you’ll need:
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to talk confidently with customer and colleagues alike.
• Well informed about using modern technology.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
