London (Greater) SALARY: £28,000 - £40,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

A high-end chain of gyms is looking for someone to support with their customer success as well as their operations and coordination of the personal trainers. You will be working their North London head office and you will have an overview of all of the members, coordinating the PTs and ensuring that they are tracking and communicating their sessions correctly. You will support with the site operations, onboarding new members, ordering suppliers, daily attendance tracking, deliveries and organising rotas. The company has just raised another round of investments – and so this role could have real progression as the company grows.

They are looking for someone who has experience doing customer success from a software standpoint- and who can move this into real world situations.

Dependent on experience, they will offer between £28 – 40k for this role. They have flexible working – with 3 days a week in the office, 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, free gym membership and a discretionary bonus.
