London (West End) SALARY: £9 - £10 PER: Hour TERM: Temporary

My client, a vibrant and forward-thinking tech company based in Central London, are looking for confident and engaging Customer Service Executives to join their growing team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has previous experience and evidence of success in an outbound calling or sales role.
You will be based out of stunning offices, and working within a friendly and welcoming team. Duties of the role will include:
- Managing incoming enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Outbound calling to potential new suppliers and customers
- Managing social media channels and online reviews
- Wider administration
To be successful in this role you will have the proven ability to work well under pressure, have an exceptional attention to detail and a naturally friendly telephone manner. You’ll be working alongside and learning from some of the brightest minds in the business so they are looking for bright, motivated and ambitious individuals. You will have excellent communication skills and fluent written and spoken English.

Successful candidates must be open to working occasionally working on more of a shift basis. Usual working hours will be 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
