London (City of) SALARY: £30,000 - £32,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
Top financial services organisation looking for an outstanding Arabic speaking Customer Service Officer to join their team. This role will see you working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for being the first point of contact for new or existing clients who call for immediate help and answers. You will assist in listening to clients’ needs, troubleshooting problems and escalating issues to the relevant department.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Telephone communication with a wide range of clients in a timely manner
- Ability to assist with customer enquiries with a clear and helpful approach
- Identify and escalate issues
- Identify and Resolve complaints and follow up where required
- Document all call information
- Process orders and applications
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for Arabic speaking candidates that pride themselves on great customer service. Essential skills are:-
- Written and verbal fluency in Arabic and English language is a must,
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Proven experience in a similar Customer Service role
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- flexibility to work weekend shifts
This is a hybrid role, which will see you working from their stunning City offices 2 days per week and the remaining 3 days working remotely. Working hours will be 10am to 6:00pm and they are offering a salary between £30K and £32K depending on experience. We are looking for candidates available for immediate start.
