London (West End) SALARY: £12 - £14 PER: Hour TERM: Temporary
A market leading Fintech company are looking for a switched on Customer Service Associate to join their busy team. You must have customer service experince and fluent Mandarin & English.
Role: Customer Service Associate
Duration: 6-12months (6months min) with scope beyond
Rate: 12GBP per hour (with scope for this to increase with performance and tenure) + holiday pay
This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
Scope of work:
The successful candidate will report into the Customer Service Team Lead. This role will focus mainly on communications with clients via their internal phone system, live chat and shared mailboxes which include working closely with a number of different teams ranging from Relationship Manager’s to the Compliance and Onboarding team.
This role also includes a range of technical Foreign Exchange tasks such as calculating rates and spreads and booking trades for clients as well as assisting Relationship Managers with administrative trade tasks.
You will also need to assist in getting clients information added to their system, to helping the rest of the team with emails and data processing, calling out to clients to obtain KYC (know your customer) information, updating this on their systems and running documents through verification checks to assist the compliance team with routine Account Reviews.

- 6months+ office experience needed
- An interest in Financial Services would be preferred
