London (West End) SALARY: £24,000 - £26,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

This is a fab opportunity to come and join a friendly and welcoming team in the heart of Chelsea as a Customer Service Administrator. This is a permanent role which is both operational and client facing.  This perfect candidate will have high attention to detail, provide solutions and have a warm and friendly vibe about them! The role is 5 days in the office between 8.30am and 5pm. They are offering up to £26k for this role depending on experience.

What you will do

  • Manage and provide solutions to daily enquiries via phone and email
  • Customer service support to the wider team when needed
  • Ad hoc administrative duties to support your manager
  • Use Excel and other platform to help growth in sales

This is a fantastic role offering up to £26k, 20 days holiday + 1 day for you birthday and pension!
