Customer Experience Analyst – Temp role

London (West End) SALARY: £11 - £15 PER: Hour TERM: Temporary

Our client is a dynamic technology company based in Central London. They operate on an international level.  We are looking for someone with strong analytic skills and experience working with online platforms to assist them with a project surrounding data analysis to improve their customer online experience. This is a short term booking for 2 - 4 weeks however could extend for the right person. You will initially be working remotely. 

You will work closely with their development and marketing teams to review existing data, categorise and update fields to improve and maximise the customer experience. This will involve quick, logical thinking and research skills

To be successful in this role you will have exceptional attention to detail, experience demonstrating data analysis and online platforms.  You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
