Customer Care Assistant

A luxury fashion brand is looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis. They are based in Fulham and salary is up to £28k. The rest of the team come into the office full-time, but there would be flexibility for you to work from home on occasion. 

Who you are:

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within retail
• Able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Bilingualism is desirable but not essential.
• Adaptable and organised
• Problem solver
• Ability to handle challenges in a professional manner

What you'll do:

• Act as the main point of contact for external enquiries
• Liaise with internal departments
• Proactively working to identify issues ahead of time.
• Identify process improvements whilst managing customer expectations.
• Support warehouse team
