Country Manager

KSA Country Manager - Riyadh

Must be a Saudi National and with 10 years of Logistics Experience

Our client is hiring for a Country Manager to join and lead their growing team in Riyadh.  A fantastic opportunity to join a growing company at a leadership level.  This is a newly created role which will be be involved across day to day business and commercial operations.

Duties Include:

• Manage the P&L performance across the country to achieve the profitability targets.
• Implement process improvements and strategies that will maximize the productivity and minimize costs.
• Responsible for guaranteeing 100% fulfillment of trucks across KSA offices and stations.
• Build partnerships and business relationships with key organizations to promote strategic growth of the business.
• Look after key metrics within the day to day performance of the operations and promote continuous improvements.
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including external partners,department heads and industry leaders.
• Boost efficiency and productivity through process improvements and analyzing market trends.

YOU ARE

To be successful in this Leadership role you must have a strong knowledge and experience within the logistics/operations industry preferably in a road transportation sector. The ideal candidate will have entrepreneurial mindset and a go-getter attitude. You must be passionate about developing a company from scratch and grow it into a profitable business.

Requirements 

• At least 10 years working in a Leadership position within a Logistics Firm. 
• Must be familiar with local transportation laws and customs.
• Can travel across the Kingdom.
• Must be based in Riyadh and a Saudi National.
