Corporate Lawyer *Bahraini*

We are working with a leading local law firm who are looking to hire a Bahraini Corporate Lawyer for their Bahrain office.

The salary for the role is flexible, as the clients priority is finding a candidate that meets their requirements.

Position: Corporate Lawyer

Location: Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and corporate governance.
Provide general legal consultancy services.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of corporate and commercial agreements.
Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management.
Represent clients in high-stakes corporate transactions and negotiations.
Conduct legal due diligence for M&As and other corporate transactions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic legal solutions.

Qualifications:

Must be a Bahraini 
8-10 years of experience in corporate law.
Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
Extensive experience in commercial law, M&As, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
