Corporate Client Account Executive – Speech Workshop Company

My incredible client, an international communication coaching company, are recruiting a fiercely driven individual to join their ever-growing team as Corporate Client Executive. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

• Coordinate client workshop meetings 
• Deliver exceptional phone and email customer service 
• Communicate feedback across coaching and marketing teams 
• Research client-base growth opportunities 
• Assist in maximising repeat business opportunities 

WHO YOU ARE: 

An efficient, effective communicator with a passion for customer service and a drive for self-improvement will fit seamlessly into this role. 

Requirements: 

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to think fast and make informed decisions 
• Proficiency across modern computing apps and software 
• Strong work ethic and desire to develop skills 
• Working knowledge of Canva is advantageous 

This role is paying up to £33k depending on experience and offers a flexible working balance
