Job Summary
The compliance assistant provides compliance and administrative support across the City and West End Offices. Responsibilities of the role will encompass the following areas:
• Responding to general reference enquiries via phone and email
• Daily management of compliance issues for internal stakeholders
• Prepare compliance packs for client audit
• Update candidate records with accurate compliance data
• Maintain and update SLA documents detailing client targets and timeframes
• Manage compliance/onboarding terms for new and existing business
• Ensure referencing process is conducted in line with best practice standard
• Conduct pre-employment screening and checks for clients, in accordance with individual client requirements.
• Meet legal and commercial requirements of all clients, ensuring candidates are fully compliant prior to going on site.
• Assist with preparation of documentation for multiple external audits upon MSP/client requests
• Build and develop valuable longstanding relationships with both clients and candidates
• Formatting CV’s and completing coversheets
• Candidate registrations
• Weekly candidate reporting

• Confident phone manner and face to face communication

• 25 days annual leave on pro rata basis (one day to be taken over Christmas) plus office closed between Christmas and New Year
