An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and experienced EMEA Compensation Specialist to work on in urgent contract at a well-known and globally recognised financial services organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high performing, collaborative, and engaging team. Our client offers hybrid working, lovely offices in the City of London, and a very generous day rate. Â
Role and Responsibilities:
- To strategically analyse, plan and operationally execute renumeration and compensation across the EMEA region
- Work collaboratively with the wider reward and compensation team to operationalise and localise new regulatory requirements
- Provide support to end users in navigating the compensation system
- Ensure that internal systems at kept up to date to support the company’s financial year end
- Certify that all regulations are always adhered to, including IFD, IFPR and any other EMEA location specific regulations
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience of working within a compensation and benefits role, ideally in a global company
- Previous experience working within a HR team
- Knowledge of financial services regulations
- Be an MS Excel whizz
- Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Be excited by all things data, possessing a natural analytical eye and attention to detail
- Have strong project management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across varied groups of people
