London (Greater) SALARY: £50,000 - £50,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

A longstanding hotel company are looking for an experienced Cluster HR Manager to join their team. The offering contract will be full-time, permanent based within central London. My client is looking for someone who thrives off problem solving and delivering first-class results with a prior background in a fast paced hospitality environment. 

Key roles & esponsibilities

  • Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits all the way through to the off boarding lifecycle
  • Take lead on complex employee relation cases when required, chairing disciplinary and grievance hearing when required in a timely manner
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Work in partnership with Talent Manager on recruitment selection and talent management activity across board
  • Maintain compensation and benefits plan
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Act as an advisor and source of information on all matters relating to HR
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and inititves aligned with the overall buiness strategy
  • Develop strong working relationships with all managers and department heads, offering coaching and leadership to assist with training and development

Skills and experienced required:

  • Proven track record working with HR in a generalist capacity in a management role, ideally from within a hospitality or similar customer facing role
  • Thorough understanding of UK employment law and Employee relations
  • CIPD level 5 in HR or equivalent qualification – working towards or achieved
  • Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise workload, whilst remaining flexible
  • Must be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high-quality service and experience for all
  • Logical problem solver with great situational judgement and use of own initiative, ability to make informed decisions and deliver effective solutions  
  • Exceptional Stakeholder management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships quickly based at all levels
  • Proficient in using MS Office – Word, Excel, Email
