The Role: Our client, a global luxury and award-winning travel company, is seeking a Client Relations Manager to help drive their client experience as it continues to evolve alongside the success of the company. The company provides best in class service to the world's most desired travel destinations, in a personable, unique, and bespoke manner. The ideal person will have experience in a prior role engaging with clients directly, whether in client services or sales, ideally in the luxury or UHNW space, demonstrating innate relationship building skills and a knack for active listening. This person must have a genuine passion for travel and a keen eye for detail, naturally showcasing a high level of interpersonal skills. The role is mostly remote, but must be NYC based, with approximately one day in office, and international travel on an as needed basis ~4 times a year.

Insight into the role:

  • Collaborating closely with the Sales team to ensure client expectations are met on every level before, during, and after each trip
  • Provide clients with best-in-class customer service to ensure an exceptional experience with the brand
  • Report key feedback to different parts of the business to ensure the company is reaching its clientele in the most efficient and effective manner
  • Following up on all feedback directly with the clients to ensure all feedback is acted upon to ensure the utmost customer service experience
  • Representing the brand at every level whether it be via new client inquiries or at events and networking opportunities to meet potential new clients
  • Direct client outreach from onboarding new clients, to ensuring all expectations are meeting met on the trip, to afterwards collecting feedback to enhance retention, increase referrals, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Direct outreach to new and existing clients to inspire creative ideas for future trips to keep the brand top of mind for when clients are ready to book a new trip

  • Strong and proven success within client service or sales, specifically in the UHNW space
  • Enthusiastic about providing unparalleled customer service
  • Confident, empathetic, and take pride in being an exceptional and active listener who then engages with the information, seeing new opportunity
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, but also thrive working autonomously, whilst maintaining a diligent work ethic
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management savvy and remaining calm under deadline
  • Relationship building energizes you and you have an innate ability for it
