Chief of Staff
Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chief of Staff who will play a key role by providing analytical work, overseeing key strategic internal projects, tracking transformation programs, and facilitating effective communication with the Board of Directors.
This is a permanent position based in Zurich
Main responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate key internal projects, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and track progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Monitor and assess the progress of transformation programs and initiatives within the organization.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate critical information to the Board of Directors.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and the board, addressing inquiries and providing updates on strategic initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement, recommend changes, and implement best practices to drive successful transformations.
Your skills:
This position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong project management skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and project management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with board governance and corporate reporting is a plus.
