Chef – Part-time

A boutique, high end Italian Restaurant is seeking a stand alone Chef to join asap. Incredible opportunity to join a family run restaurant, make the role your own and service a small headcount. This role is part-time, Wednesday – Saturday, 5:30 pm – 11:00 pm. The Resturant is based in Surbiton. A car is desirable but not essential.

-       Competitive salary package up to £50k pro rata
-       Part-time evening work, four day week

You will have:

-       4+ years experience as a Chef in a professional restaurant  
-       Strong wine, food knowledge across Italian Cuisine
-       Confidence to run and operate a kitchen independently
-       Passion for creating dishes and impeccable standards
-       Clear communication, personable and exceeding guest expectations
-       Right to work in the UK
