Chef, Megève, France.

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Private Chef, to work for a HNW French family in their Chalet in Megève, Rhones Alps, France.
 
The position will begin on the 21st or 22nd of December through to the 5th of January. The principal and his wife who are in their 50s will be at the chalet for the duration of this time, they have three adult children who will be coming for the main festive period.
 
For Christmas and New Year's the principals will be expecting 10-13 guests in total. Candidates will be required to hold a clean drivers licence and be able to speak French to a basic or fluent level.
 
Key duties and job criteria :
A car will be provided for the chef to use to go provisioning in the morning.
You will be cooking breakfast and dinner for the family, with the occasional lunch if requested.
The chosen chef should be well-versed in cooking fusion, Asian, Lebanese and Mediterranean food.
The guests are very open to trying new dishes, however, no raw fish, meat or marinades should be present in any of their meals.
 
The ideal candidate will be positive, professional, discreet, and friendly, with the ability to work well under pressure.
 
Remuneration - Circa €300 to €600 per day DOE.
 
Candidates must have previous experience working as a chef in a private HNW household.
