WHAT YOU WILL DO

This is a busy Campus Recruiter role that is perfect for someone with a couple of years of experience in a recruitment background. As a successful candidate you will enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish, can take initiative, and work well as part of a team.

• Finding, screening, and recruiting candidates at the undergraduate level
• Aid in the organisation of candidate onboarding
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders and candidates
• Update databases and spreadsheets to help maintain a well-organised system
• Plan recruiting events
• Create and post job adverts
• Collaborate with the broader team to analyse and improve hiring plans
• Achieve recruitment goals while respecting set budgets

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful you will be able to complete multiple projects successfully at one time. The ideal candidate will take initiative, can work under pressure, and is a natural problem solver.

• Bachelors degree
• Experience in recruitment
• A confident people person
• Impeccable oral and written communication
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Confident with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
