Business Transformation Officer – PA and Project Management

My client is a medium-sized bank looking to hire a Business Transformation Officer. This role involves 50% EA duties at C-suite level, and then 50% project management. It is a new role, and so it really is a brilliant opportunity to help build out a new team. This is based in the City of London.

Within this role you will be:

• Project managing workstreams, driving these workstreams forward, maintaining tracking information, and coordinating delivery.
• On the EA side you will be doing full diary and inbox management for the CEOs office, minuting meetings, and more general admin.

They are looking for a dynamic PA who is enthusiastic about taking on more project management in their role. Financial services background and project management experience would be ideal but not essential.

They are offering between £35-40k for this role dependent on experience, and offer a discretionary bonus and benefits.
