Business Transformation Associate – EA / Project Management

My client is a medium sized bank looking to hire a Business Transformation Associate. This role involves 50% EA duties at C-suite level, and then 50% project management. It is a new role, and so it really is a brilliant opportunity. This is based in the City of London.

Within this role you will be

• Project managing work streams for the C-suite executives, driving these workstreams forward, maintaining tracking information, and coordinating delivery.
• On the EA side you will be doing full diary and inbox management for 2 C-suite level execs, prepping them for relevant meetings, doing minutes and following up on action points from these meetings, and then general admin such as expenses.

They are looking for an EA who has supported at C-suite level, with project management experience. This EA will need to have gravitas and confidence, they will take total ownership in the role, and will be flexible to change.

They are offering between £45-50k for this role dependent on experience, and offer a discretionary bonus and benefits.
