Dubai, UAE SALARY: 15,000 AED - 20,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent
Mission: To substantially grow new business contracts with SME’s in the Middle East region.
Objectives
• Model personal behaviour in accordance with company values
• Ensure strong open communication and collaboration across Growth team members & with other departmental teams
• Ensure all key business systems, processes and policies are consistently followed
Sales Targets
• Through the activities outlined below, achieve the Sales Targets set and communicated by the CEO and Revenue Operations Manager. Ensure that the activity metrics targeted align with the outcomes needed
• Maintain a quote conversion % of 20%+
• Maintain a pipeline coverage ratio of 5.33
• Maintain average deal size of $35K+
• Maintain Quote sent pipeline of $625,000+/10 quotes+ at all times
Maintain up to date Salesforce records
• What now, what next and when so this would be clear to a 3rd party reading the record
• Accurate and detailed data including required documents added to the record
• Correct usage of stage and close dates per policy
Conduct lead outreach & opportunities management
• Research and reach out to new lead prospects and maintain 50+ new leads a month (for clarity a lead is relevant to an opportunity.
• Provide useful information to lead prospects (blogs, product info, case studies etc)
• Qualify that leads
• Set-up demos
• Complete next step for opportunities already in the opportunity stage
• Close out opportunities not proceeding to next stage
Proposals
• Choose the most likely to succeed starting point & implementation strategy to meet prospect objectives
• Prepare quote per quote policy and on company template
• Quote review by Sales Team Lead prior to sending to customer
• Gain approval on any discount or variance to standard documentation/policy
• Send wherever possible within 2 business days of demo call
• Set-up page turn
Support Customer Success and Strategic Account Managers
• Maintain positive collaborative relationships with CSM and Strategic Account Directors
• Provide detailed handover notes to CSM and Strategic Account Directors
• Join first onboarding call
• Assist problem solve on ad hoc basis
• Assist with reach out to wider stakeholders and support where necessary to help drive expansion
• Handover to Strategic Account Directors to manage renewals and growth
