Business Development Manager / Customer Success Lead - Wellness Monitoring SaaS Solution

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Lead to ensure our clients derive maximum value from our platform, driving user adoption and satisfaction.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BD/CS Manager to drive the growth of our business and expand our market presence.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, as a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our market position and expand our customer base.

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their successful onboarding, engagement, and long-term satisfaction with our wellness monitoring solution. You will work with a team of customer success professionals, develop strategies to increase customer retention, and collaborate closely with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital marketing tools.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their wellness goals.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including pricing, product positioning, and promotional tactics.

Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, wellness organizations, and corporate clients.

Customer Support: Lead the customer success team in providing exceptional support, resolving any issues, and proactively addressing customer concerns.

Product Adoption: Drive product adoption and usage by educating clients on features, best practices, and updates.

Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn, increase customer retention, and maximize lifetime value.

Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze customer feedback, working with the product team to inform product development and enhancements.

Success Metrics: Monitor key customer success metrics, including NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and retention rates, and report on these to senior management.

Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring customer needs and feedback are prioritized across all departments.

Renewals and Upsells: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewals, expansions, and upsells, helping to drive revenue growth.

Contract Negotiation: Work with the CCP on contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company’s goals.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS or wellness industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Skills:

-            Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and wellness monitoring technologies.

-            Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

-            Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.

-            Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.

-            Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

-            Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

-            Data-driven mindset with experience in customer success metrics.

-            Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
