Our client is hiring a Business Developer responsible for identifying, creating, and seizing business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the digital marketing agency. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
    • Analyze competitors to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
  2. Client Acquisition:
    • Generate leads and develop strategies to acquire new digital marketing clients.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  3. Proposal and Presentation:
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to clients' digital marketing needs.
    • Clearly communicate the value proposition of digital marketing services.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and the digital marketing team, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
  5. Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  6. Collaboration with Marketing Team:
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
    • Provide insights from client interactions to shape marketing strategies.
  7. Industry Networking:
    • Establish a strong presence in the digital marketing industry by attending conferences, webinars, and networking events.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining clients.
  3. Digital Marketing Knowledge:
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
    • Ability to articulate how digital marketing can address client challenges and drive business results.
  4. Sales Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  5. Analytical Skills:
    • Analytical mindset to understand client data, industry trends, and performance metrics.
    • Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  6. Adaptability:
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
    • Stay agile in response to industry developments.
  7. Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
