London (West End) SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

A Family Office based in the West End is looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to provide seamless financial support.

Liaise with family members, suppliers, 3rd party administrators, staff and family trust trustees
Manage day-to-day financial tasks such as data processing, managing suppliers, liaison with banks and credit card providers, record keeping and expenditure reporting and budgeting
Ensure that payments are executed promptly and accurately, with appropriate approvals
Ensure cashbooks are maintained and expenditure is analysed
Reconcile bank accounts
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial expenditure analysis and reporting
Carry out cash-flow forecasting
Manage the charitable foundation’s books and ensure that records are correctly maintained

An experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant, looking for a dynamic and collaborative work setting where you will provide financial support within a close-knit Family Office team.
At least 10 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant
Family Office or small business environment experience is essential
AAT or part CIMA (or equivalent) qualifications are desirable
A mature, personable and professional approach
High attention to detail and meticulous administration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable initiative and discretion

This role will pay up to £50,000 (DOE) with additional benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Family Office in the heart of the West End.
