I am currently looking to recruit a creative and experienced bar manager on behalf of my client: a modern robata grill restaurant and live music venue, based in East London.

This is a permanent position, paying between £32,000 and £37,000 pa.

Closest tube station: Dalston Junction

The right candidate:

Has a strong background as a mixologist and has considerable wine and sake expertise.
Has previous experience in a similar role, particularly in running a bar, maintaining budgets, operating costs and stock control.
Is a creative individual and will be responsible for creating seasonal drink lists, according to the restaurant concept.
Is an enthusiastic person and a friendly leader.
