Associate – Exec Search

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a highly regarded boutique Executive Search who focus on finding the right people for top level roles over a multitude of sectors in central London. You will work in a close-knit team at a growing and dynamic company. This is a great role for someone who is seeking to progress their career with hard work and fantastic incentives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Research strategy
• Mapping target clients
• Headhunting
• Meeting candidates and clients

WHO YOU ARE:

An Associate with 3 years+ experience, who is wanted to take their career to the next level. You will have a positive outlook and be dynamic and switched on. The ideal candidate will have an excellent education and solid industry experience. You will pay attention to detail, remain calm in all situations, be conifdent on the phone and communicate well across all members of the team.

Requirements:

• Degree educated
• Excellent communications skills
• 3+ years’ experience as an Associate in an Exec Search firm
• Self-driven
• Keen achiever

This role is predominantly working from home.
