Arabic speaking Customer Success Officer

London (City of) SALARY: £12 - £15 PER: Hour TERM: Temporary

Arabic speakers required! My client, an award-winning financial firm based in the City, are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team.

The role

As Customer Success Officer you will be the first point of contact for customers with queries regarding the banking products, simple problem solving and escalating where appropriate. Alongside this, you will help build and retain customer relationship loyalty. This is initially a temp role, with the potential to go permanent. 

Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and action responses to customer emails
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders, forms, and applications

 
The candidate

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English - written and spoken and will also have customer service experience - preferably within banking although this is not essential.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • IT Literate
  • 5* Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to be calm under pressure
  • Flexible with hours
