Advertising Business Development Executive- Must be in the UAE

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Business Development Manager to join our client in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencer marketing and business development, with at least 2-5 years of experience in the industry. UAE market experience is a must, as you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with influencers and brands across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business across branding, events management, production, and influencer marketing strategies.
• Identify and build relationships with new clients, key influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align influencer campaigns with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, digital advertising, branding, events and social media.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize future strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and influencers within the UAE market.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or a related field.
• UAE experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural landscape.
• Must have a Hunter mentality and existing network in the region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• A passion for digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
