Administrative SachbearbeiterIn: Buchhaltung (Debitoren und Kreditoren) und Personaladministration

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung der Kundenrechnungen
  • Debitorenkontrolle und Mahnwesen
  • Kontrolle von Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Mithilfe in der Personaladministration: Eintritte, Austritte, Zeitabrechnungen, Zeugnisse, Stellenbeschreibungen, Vertrags- und Lohnwesen sowie allgemeine Personaladministration
  • Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
  • Back-up bei Ferienabwesenheiten: Mithilfe bei Telefonzentrale und Empfang sowie Personaleinsatzplanung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau / Kaufmann EFZ
  • Vorzugsweise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Personalwesen
  • Einwandfreie Rechtsschreibung in Deutsch
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse MS Office
  • Freude an administrativen Aufgaben
  • Offen für eine abwechslungsreiche Arbeitsstelle und Übernahme von neuen Aufgabenfeldern
  • Gutes Zeitmanagement sowie zuverlässige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent

Administrative clerk: accounting (debtors and creditors) and personnel administration

Your tasks

• Preparation of customer invoices
• Accounts receivable control and dunning
• Control of supplier invoices
• Assisting in personnel administration: entries, departures, time accounting, certificates, job descriptions, contract, and wage management as well as general personnel administration
• General administrative work
• Back-up during holiday absences: assistance with client inquiries (telephone and reception) as well as personnel deployment planning

Your profile

• Completed training as a businesswoman/businessman EFZ
• Preferably some years of professional experience or completed further training in human resources
• Perfect German knowledge
• Good English knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Enjoy administrative tasks
• Open to a varied job and taking on new areas of responsibility
• Good time management and a reliable, precise, and structured way of working
• Flexible and team-oriented personality with organizational skills
