New York City, NY SALARY: $40 - $50 PER: Hour TERM: Temporary

Salary: $40 - $50 per hour

Start: September 16th - September 27 

My client is a small-sized investment manager who has been in business for twenty years. They are looking for someone to come in for a two-week period to help with an invent with their investors. This person must be tech savvy and familiar with events and catering. This position will be 100% in office while you are there and they located in the east 20’s of Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal and external parties on various projects and tasks
  • Provide administrative support to all members of the team
  • Cover reception and greet all clients
  • Monthly reconciliation of expenses
  • Manage the timeline of daily events.
  • Help with a lot of catering orders, coordination, set up, and breakdown

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Flexible team player, along with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational skills
