Admin/ HR assistant
London (West End) SALARY: £13 - £15 TERM: Temporary
A fantastic 6 month contract at a Global Investment banking firm working within their Marketing and Investor relations team at their office in central London. The company is looking for a hard-working and dynamic assistant with a positive attitude to join their team. Working for this growing international business, you will be assisting with a wide range of tasks ranging from complex scheduling and record keeping to assisting with supplier orders and greeting guests to the office.
Our client is seeking a hard-working candidate with proven office management experience to assist with support.
- Scheduling meetings in Outlook
- Assisting the Portfolio Manager
- Updating and maintaining excel spreadsheets
- Updating the client portal
- Assisting the HR team and scheduling interviews
- Providing extra where needed in the office
This an exciting position for a hard-working and motivated candidate with proven office management experience. You will have a flexible and positive work attitude and have proficient knowledge of using various Microsoft office packages including Microsoft Outlook and Excel. You will be highly pro-active and eager to adapt to the role quickly and effectively.
